Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if offered
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Under Store Manager direction, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead the store during the learning journey.
• Participate in accelerated development with rotations and learning objectives.
• Develop plans to improve customer experience and store performance.
