Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to lead you through learning Walgreens’ operations, including front-end and pharmacy, with a structured plan and rotations in other stores in the area.

You will complete classroom, online, and on-the-job training, earn required certifications, and work toward permanent assignment readiness with the Store Manager and District Manager guiding your growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or HS diploma with 5 years retail management
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy
• Shadow Store Manager to oversee front-end and pharmacy operations
• Engage customers, resolve complaints, and model service best practices
• Monitor store metrics and assist in planning and performance conversations
