Job summary

Walgreens offers an accelerated Store Manager development program designed to rotate through front-end and pharmacy operations. You will learn Walgreens’ operations, complete required certifications, and shadow the Store Manager to prepare for a permanent Store Manager role.

The program includes classroom, online, and on-the-job training, rotations across area stores, and ongoing performance feedback with District and Store Managers to ensure readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years retail management experience accepted.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing duties and staff supervision.
• Assist in driving customer experience and service metrics across the store.
