Job summary

CrossAmerica Partners in Monroe, NC is hiring a Store Manager in Training. The MIT will receive comprehensive hands-on training to oversee store operations, staff, inventory, and customer service with a path to becoming a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college/business education is a plus.
• Prior retail ops or customer service experience preferred; supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training focusing on leadership, customer service, inventory, and procedures.
• Assist in supervising staff and guiding store operations, scheduling, product ordering, and quality control.
• Learn to manage daily reports on sales, inventory, waste, and safety compliance; monitor costs and profitability.
