Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules.
• Ensures timely deposits and submits reports per company policies.
• Maintains store standards in housekeeping, merchandising, presentation and service.
• Hold regular communication meetings with General Manager and staff.
• Addresses customer needs and resolves issues to build long-term relationships.
• Keeps inventory data accurate via spot counts and checks.
• Keeps the store clean and inviting at all times.
• Supports GM to achieve gross profit margin, net margin and sales targets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
