Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training focusing on leadership, customer service, inventory management, and procedures.
• Assist in supervising staff and directing store operations, staff scheduling, and product quality control.
• Learn to manage day-to-day operations, including workflows, ordering, and stock rotation.
• Assist in managing labor costs while maintaining service standards.
• Learn safety procedures and store protocols; support health and safety compliance.
• Assist in daily sales, inventory, and waste reports and maintain safety/compliance records.
