Job summary

altaexternalcareersite is seeking a Manager-In-Training to join our retail operations. The MIT will complete a structured training program under the Store Manager, learning to manage daily operations and lead a team while ensuring a customer-friendly environment.

Employees will receive on-the-job training, with progression toward Store Manager as they demonstrate leadership, coaching, and operational excellence across shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a supervisor, lead, or assistant manager in retail/fast food.
• Ability to coach, train and develop team members.
• Must be able to work varying shifts, including nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily operations and training of MITs.
• Maintain a customer-friendly environment adhering to company policies.
• Provide on-the-job training under supervision before transitioning to management.

Skills
