Job summary

Quik Stop Markets is seeking a Managers In Training to join our fast-paced retail leadership team. You will rotate through training with a focus on developing a capable store leadership group, coaching staff, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience.

You will learn store operations, scheduling, merchandising, and food safety, progressing into bench leadership as you grow within Cumberland Farms' network of locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of retail or food experience.
• ServSafe or Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and keep stock full to ensure 100% in-stock availability.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs where hot food is offered.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance, including coffee and food service areas, restrooms and exterior cleanliness.
• Operate the cash register efficiently.
• In stores with hot food, support management in food service operation and safety guidelines.
