Job summary

Quik Stop Markets seeks Managers In Training to learn the day-to-day of running a convenience store, with hands-on coaching from a Training Manager and Supervising Manager. You will rotate shifts to understand store operations, guest service, and vendor relations.

During training you’ll gain exposure to the Cumberland Farms leadership model, preparing you to join the bench and advance to your own store leadership role.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• 1 year retail or food experience desirable.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and a smile; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, coaching.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and coffee/food service areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store or District Manager.
