O’Reilly Auto Parts in Moncks Corner, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager candidate to assist in daily store operations, training, and leadership development. You will oversee sales teams, merchandising, scheduling, and safety compliance to support the store manager and district leadership.

Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to develop through the company's certification programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Coordinate with district manager and store manager on recruiting, hiring, evaluating and promoting staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes including interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Support store manager with safety training and compliance.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager and schedule weekly customer calls.
• Manage store operations and maintenance, including delivery fleet records and payroll systems.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
