Ideal candidates bring high school education, strong leadership, and interpersonal skills, plus interest in bilingual communication. The program includes extensive training, development opportunities, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and discharging staff.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interview candidates.
• Support store manager and safety compliance with training.
• Make sales calls with the store manager; schedule weekly calls.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Review and discuss monthly P&L with store manager; identify opportunities.
