Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience (desired)
• Completed O’Reilly management training program (desired)
• ASE Certification (desired)
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in supervision of store and team members.
• Recruiting, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and firing under supervision.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Support hiring processes and interviews.
• Ensure safety compliance and staff training.
• Make sales calls and engage weekly with customers.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs, pricing overrides, and monthly P&L with store manager.
