You will participate in management training programs and gain hands-on experience in hiring, coaching, and achieving KPI targets while ensuring safety compliance and effective customer service. Fluency in multiple languages is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, training, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining staff.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the team.
• Conduct weekly customer calls and make sales calls with the store manager.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and payroll-related tasks.
• Review monthly P&L with the store manager and identify opportunities.
