Job summary

CVS Health is launching the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program, a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The SMIT program comprises self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks with virtual and hands-on experiences.

You will be supported by a team including your District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach as you work toward leadership duties. The path includes promotion opportunities and market-based placement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
