Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Store Manager in Training for the Springfield area. The program runs 16 weeks, combining virtual and hands-on learning to prepare you for a future CVS Store Manager role.

You will work with a district leader, HR partner, training store manager, and a coaching store manager to develop leadership and operational skills, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer care. This is an on-site, full-time position with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Retail management experience or experience as a CVS Supervisor is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and operate in alignment with CVS values and policies.
• Lead and engage colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
• Communicate effectively with the team to drive merchandising and inventory goals.
• Participate in the Store Manager in Training program to prepare for future Store Manager responsibilities.
