Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree or HS diploma with 5 years of retail mgmt experience.
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English required.
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Retail leadership experience across front-end and operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn and assist in store operations.
• Lead customer experience improvements and coaching for staff.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive store and pharmacy performance.
