Job summary

Participants shadow the Store Manager, gain experience in merchandising, loss prevention, inventory, customer service, and business planning, and may complete required registrations and licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years retail management experience or high school diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Supports Store Manager with front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Learns and supervises store activities including merchandising, pricing and inventory processes.
• Participates in training and development to meet Store Manager readiness objectives.
