Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a participant for its Learning and Development program to accelerate into Store Manager responsibilities across both front-end and pharmacy operations. The role is designed to be completed through classroom, online, and on-the-job rotations under the Store Manager and District Manager guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for learning Walgreens’ operations and leading full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store.
• Supports store operations by shadowing or assisting the Store Manager in leading store throughout the learning journey.
