Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of supervisory retail and/or sales experience.
• Valid State Driver's License and ability to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Complete Farmers Academy training, Thrive rotations, and live events.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations including sales, credit, and inventory.
• Operate POS systems and assist customers with purchases and account approvals.
