Responsibilities

• Completes Farmers Academy training, Thrive rotations, live events, assessments and documentation.
• Attends initial online Orientation to review structure and timelines.
• Participates in weekly SMT Check In Meetings.
• Assists in day-to-day store operations including sales, credit, collections, warehouse, delivery, bookkeeping and general office functions.
• Operates POS systems and related software; processes sales, installments and approvals.
• Assists with inventory, store displays, promotions and sales events.
• May work across multiple locations or manage a store in the SMT's absence.
• May travel to training locations and submit travel expense reports.
