Farmers Home Furniture is seeking candidates for its Store Manager Trainee (SMT) Program to develop store leaders through in-store training, Thrive rotations, and live events. Trainees support daily operations while completing Farmers Academy modules in assigned locations.

Upon successful program completion, SMTs are considered for permanent Store Manager positions based on performance, needs, and geographic availability, with potential to relocate between training stores.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; 3 years supervisory retail or sales experience or equivalent training/education.
• Must possess and maintain a valid State Driver’s License and travel overnight.

Aufgaben

• Completes Farmers Academy training, Thrive rotations, live training events, projects and required documentation.
• Supports day-to-day store operations including sales, credit, collections, warehouse, delivery, bookkeeping and office functions.
• Operates point of sale systems and related store tools; processes sales, installments and payments; assists with account approvals.
• Assists with inventory counts, displays, promotions and sales events.
• May work at multiple stores and travel to training locations as needed; adheres to policies and safety standards.
