Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services with supervisory and coaching experience.
• 4+ years of proven business development and leadership experience.
• 4+ years of proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership by hiring, goal setting and performance management.
• Manage a medium-sized store and team per U.S. TD Bank criteria.
• Oversee complex store operations and grow talent and capabilities.
• Drive store performance and customer/employee experience metrics.
• Coach and mentor store managers and staff.
• Maintain risk controls and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop relationships with customers and community partners.
