Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services.
• 4+ years of leadership and coaching experience is required.
• Notary license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a medium-sized store and team to deliver a legendary employee and customer experience.
• Grow the store portfolio through deposits, loans and fees while achieving shareowner value.
• Manage multiple priorities and align store objectives with business goals.
• Coach to meet service and advice targets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a store escalation point and ensure risk and operational controls are in place.
