Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Store Manager II to lead a consumer banking store, drive growth through deposits, loans, and referrals, and deliver an exceptional customer and employee experience. You will coach the store team, manage performance, and ensure compliance with bank policies.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership and lending experience, deep product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining risk controls. Notary license preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services.
• Supervisory, leadership and coaching experience required.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and develops the Store team to deliver legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
• Accounts for store growth by deepening customer relationships and referrals.
• Manages multiple store locations and/or complex customer base as needed.
• Originates loan applications and conducts loan closings with proper risk controls.
• Ensures compliance with bank operating policies and risk management practices.
