Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business development skills and ability to implement strategies.
• 4+ years of leadership and coaching experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the service and advice team to promote a positive customer and colleague experience.
• Leads, coaches and develops a team on services, product and sales strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Coaches to resolve customer issues using problem resolution guidelines and participates when needed.
• Acts as a liaison in community activities to promote the Bank's brand.
• Oversees store growth and customer relationships while meeting store goals.
