Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a big-box or high-volume retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead 20+ Team Members and manage $5M+ annual revenue or budget.
• Customer-focused mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional in-store experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength and succession plans.
• Drive efficiency and performance through coaching, training, and development.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment through planning and follow-up.
• Uphold merchandising, inventory, and payroll processes to align with business needs.
• Leads proper staffing to labor model, scheduling, and payroll.
• Address Team Member and customer concerns with urgency and integrity.
• Leverage store metrics to inform strategy and drive results, including loyalty and credit performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and laws and regulations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment and lead regular huddles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
