At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all operational, financial, and team functions in a large-format store, with annual sales typically $4–$10 million.

You will lead daily store execution, set high standards, and drive a customer-focused shopping experience. Responsibilities include hiring and developing talent, coaching for performance, managing inventory and safety, and using store scorecard metrics to drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in large-format/high-volume retail.
• Proven experience leading teams of 20+ Team Members and managing $5M+ revenue.
• Customer-focused with strong integrity and reliability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/HRIS systems.
