You will help drive sales, manage payroll, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while modeling At Home’s values. The role requires a proven track record of leading teams, optimizing processes, and utilizing data to improve store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in big-box/high-volume retail.
• Proven ability to lead 20+ team members and manage $5M+ revenue.
• Strong customer focus and integrity in operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Attract, hire, and develop talent; build internal bench strength.
• Coach and develop staff; support internal career growth.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Plan and oversee opening/closing and front-end processes.
• Direct freight, inventory, stocking, and merchandising.
