Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager – Operations to support the Store Manager in driving store performance in a large-format retail setting.

You will lead operations, payroll, staffing, and inventory to deliver strong results and exceptional customer experiences. The role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume retail, experience supervising 20+ Team Members, and the ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail.
• Ability to lead 20+ Team Members and manage $5M+ revenue.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations to meet sales, profit, and performance goals.
• Hire, develop, and succession-plan talent for long-term growth.
• Coach and develop teams to improve performance and processes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy with financial metrics.
• Plan and supervise front-end processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Direct inventory, stocking, and merchandising to maintain standards.
• Lead customer satisfaction, loss prevention, and safety initiatives.
• Address Team Member and customer concerns with urgency and integrity.
