Job summary

Parmarstores is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the store's operations, exceed goals, and deliver quality customer service to our guests. You will be the primary person responsible, providing guidance to employees and maximizing profitability by managing expenses, brand standards and compliance.

Responsibilities include leading staff, managing inventory and cash procedures, ensuring safety, reporting, and scheduling for hourly and salaried managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least one year of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to use store computer applications and POS systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of leadership to the store and the employees.
• Support organizational financial performance to help store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings properly stocked.
• Follow all cash management procedures.
• Maintain proper security measures for protection of all merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store conditions are always safe and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train and supervise regularly, and coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant environment for customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports in a timely manner.
