Job summary

Parmarstores is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store operations, exceed goals, and deliver quality customer service to guests. You will be the primary person responsible, guiding employees, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is preferred and valid driver's license is required; opportunities for

• Retail experience preferred (at least 1 year)

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff to meet/exceed goals
• Support financial performance and manage controllable costs
• Oversee inventory from suppliers and ensure proper stocking
• Follow cash handling procedures and maintain security
• Ensure safe store conditions and document incidents
• Staff and supervise employees; coordinate with district/senior management
• Ensure policy compliance and provide a positive customer experience
• Prepare regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
