Par Mar Stores in Ohio is seeking a Store Manager to lead the entire store’s operations, exceed goals, and deliver quality customer service. You will guide employees, manage inventory, and maximize profitability while enforcing brand standards and compliance.

You will schedule and supervise staff, ensure safety, run reports, and maintain a positive guest experience. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a commitment to retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and readiness to grow with the company.
• Strong people-oriented leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid state driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Availability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to respond 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance to help store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and ensure proper stock.
• Follow cash management procedures.
• Maintain security for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure safe store conditions and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train and supervise; consult with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide a pleasant environment for customers and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports on time.
