Par Mar Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store operations, exceed goals, and deliver quality guest service. You will be the primary accountable leader, guiding employees, managing controllable expenses, brand standards, and compliance to maximize profitability.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and readiness to train staff, schedule shifts, and maintain a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred; ready to advance your career.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer‑service focus.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays; 24/7 availability.
• Valid state driver’s license and a reliable insured vehicle.
• Ability to use store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level leadership to the store and employees.
• Support financial performance and store profitability.
• Manage inventory from all suppliers and keep offerings stocked.
• Follow cash management procedures and protect merchandise and cash.
• Create a safe, clean store environment and report incidents promptly.
• Staff the store, train and supervise; coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure policy compliance and excellent customer service; resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports in a timely manner.
