Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to use store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store staff and employees.
• Support financial performance to improve profitability.
• Manage inventory from suppliers and keep stock properly.
• Follow all cash handling procedures.
• Maintain security measures for merchandise and cash.
• Ensure store safety and report incidents promptly.
• Staff and supervise; coordinate with District Supervisors and HR.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and provide a pleasant environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and employees.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly reports.
