StorQuest Self Storage is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at one or more sites in California. You will drive rental conversions, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate record keeping while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or sales, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. You will supervise staff, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales required.
• Experience handling cash and processing payments.
• Strong communicator with guests and team members.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated teamwork and a proactive service mindset.

Responsibilities
