Job summary

StorQuest Self Storage, part of William Warren Group, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily site operations and guest experiences at locations in California. You may be assigned to multiple sites and help with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and maintaining cleanliness.

The position can be full- or part-time and requires weekend availability, with an hourly pay range of $19.00–$20.00 plus potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Customer Service or Sales is preferred.
• Experience handling cash accurately and securely.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale systems and reservations software.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional service.
• Support daily site operations and maintain store cleanliness and appearance.
• Manage rental process: conversions, payments, merchandise sales, and insured options.
• Assist customers with truck rentals and collect past-due accounts where applicable.
