StorQuest Self Storage in California is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one or more sites within the WWG network. You will lead guest services, drive rentals, and manage on-site staff to deliver outstanding experiences.

You’ll monitor cash handling, invoices, and accounts, implement community marketing ideas, and ensure clean, safe facilities. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service/Sales preferred.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Weekend availability required.
• Tech savviness is a plus.
• Strong service mindset and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by converting inquiries into rentals.
• Promote StorQuest Self Storage in the community.
• Manage cash, invoices, and daily deposits.
• Direct on-site staff to ensure smooth operations and safety.
• Maintain records for customers, contracts, and changes.
