Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service or Sales
• Experience handling cash and operating registers
• Must be available on weekends
• Experience working in retail or service industries is a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales objectives by converting inquiries into rentals
• Promote StorQuest in the community and build revenue
• Maintain financial controls and balance receipts
• Process daily bank deposits accurately and timely
• Provide friendly, professional customer service over the phone and in person
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and addendums
• Direct staff to ensure smooth facility operations and safety
