You will manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store performance, ensuring loss prevention and compliance with company policies. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.

• Manage scheduling, payroll compliance, and labor costs.
• Oversee product receiving, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
• Execute VM and promotional displays, including weekly markdowns.
• Report to District Sales Manager and collaborate across channels.
