Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goal setting with follow-up.
• Administer disciplinary steps as needed in the manager's absence.
• Engage the team to create a productive, respectful environment aligned with brand standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including peak coverage calls.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and safeguard inventory and funds.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
