Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pineville, NC to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance to meet sales goals while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming shopping environment.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to implement promotions, handle cash and safety procedures, and optimize inventory and merchandising to maximize profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop store associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet KPIs.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while upholding Lids policies.
• Execute store operations, cash handling, and daily financial controls to ensure accuracy and security.
• Assist in inventory management, product replenishment, pricing changes and VM standards.
• Support in recruiting, training and scheduling to maintain adequate store coverage.
