Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
2–3 years of related retail experience.
1 year of management experience.
Experience with staffing and hiring processes.
Ability to communicate clear directions to team.
Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
Commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and supervise store departments and day-to-day operations.
Mentor and coach team members to improve performance and customer service.
Drive store sales while meeting customer needs and ensuring quick, efficient service.
Maintain store appearance, prime shopping hours, product presentation and company standards.
Oversee staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
Promote succession planning and identify development needs for team members.
Enforce disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations when needed.
