Lush North America is seeking a Store Manager to lead a vibrant retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while driving sales and upholding our ethical values across brand, product, and service standards.

You will oversee budgets, set performance targets, and develop plans to exceed KPIs. A passion for skincare, sustainability, and inclusive leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years managing in a retail environment.
• Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the shop needs including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
