Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee the operation of a single store, hire and manage associates, and work toward achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires start in store management as part of our General Manager development path. The program includes 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear progression to GM after successful evaluations and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring and directing of associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction
• Drive store performance and ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
• Participate in the General Manager development path and leadership training programs
