Job summary

Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing staff, and achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program, with promotion toward General Manager after successful graduation and assessments. The role offers ongoing training and growth opportunities within Panda's culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store leadership development path and training to prepare for future General Manager roles.
• Support ongoing leadership development and training programs and ensure adherence to Panda's operating standards.
