Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Sprouts store’s operations, departments, and staff. You will drive profitability, maintain safety and cleanliness, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.

You will hire and develop team members, oversee scheduling, and coordinate promotions while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong store performance. A passion for healthy living and growth within a dynamic retailer is expected.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to adapt to store assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead a team and give direction.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor; engage with customers effectively.
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, training and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maximize store operations across all departments.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and well-stocked inventory; manage P&L.
• Hire, train and develop staff; handle disciplinary actions and scheduling.
• Address customer issues, community relations, and policy compliance.
