Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Sprouts store’s operations across departments, drive profitability, and nurture a high-performing team. You’ll hire, train, and guide staff while ensuring safety, cleanliness and top-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, a degree in a related field is preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; willingness to relocate between store assignments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to give direction and work in a team.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and engaging with customers.
• Ability to interview, hire, train, develop staff, and conduct performance appraisals.
• Proven leadership to motivate staff and manage reports and financial targets.
• Handle emergencies, write incident reports, and follow company procedures.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills; coordinate promotions and displays.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation; ensure products are fresh and dated items are checked.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage and maximize all store operations across departments.
• Ensure efficient, profitable operations, cleanliness, safety and well-stocked inventory.
• Hire, train, develop staff; manage performance, scheduling and terminations.
• Lead merchandising, promotions, and advertising; monitor sales and margins.
• Handle customer complaints, community relations and compliance with policies.
• Maintain OSHA standards and company health, safety and sanitation requirements.
• Coordinate with department managers and staff; manage staff issues and reports.
• Monitor daily sales numbers and financial goals; prepare reports as needed.
