Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Experience leading both perishables and non-perishables operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; capable of training and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values and leading with integrity.
• Develop and motivate the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead a team of approximately ten, including Department Managers and Receivers, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet sales targets and efficiency goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards across departments.
