Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail management experience
• Degree in business, management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, liberal arts, or related field preferred
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and varying store assignments
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to direct and work in a team
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with ability to engage customers
• Manage department staff including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluations
• Lead staff to meet margins, sales goals and financial targets
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and OSHA/compliance standards
• Strong organizational and planning skills; handle multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand long periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maximize store operations across all departments.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and well-stocked inventory.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
