Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• Flexibility with schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Ability to interview, hire, train and develop staff.
• Proven leadership to manage staff and meet goals.
• Ability to handle emergencies and maintain safety standards.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and merchandising skills.
• Compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements.
